Are you talking about something like a content management system script?

Not sure if that is what it is called.

Someone inputs information, then when someone clicks a button, it would goto the website say :
http://www.abc.com/(text1), (text2)/add.html

Something like that, hope it helps. Once again, Addme.com is exactly what I want
