I am looking at running a server in Australia with software. Is there a place I can buy the cpanel, whm and ip all at the same time.
Or would it be more cost effective to buy them seperately. How much do they cost?

Check www.cpanel.net/dist.html for CPanel distro's, you need to buy IP's from your server provider.
