where ever you registered mydomain.com and register nameservers ns1.mydomain.com and ns2mydomain.com.
You need IP's to go along with the nameservers.

You can only create your nameserver entries where your domain is registered.

I have a reseller pack
The company from which i got it provided me with the following info:
"Please now go to your domain register and create your nameservers for your account. We have assigned the following nameservers and IPs for your account:
ns1.myname.net xx.xxx.xx.xxx
ns2.myname.net xx.xxx.xx.xxx
I am confused now......
i checked for the above nameservers in nsiregistry.com and i see that they arent registered.....
What must i do .? can someone explain in simple words.?
thank you all

You need to go to the domain registrar where you registered myname.net and create your nameserver entries using their domain control panel - or whatever interface they have given you for creating nameserver entries.
Using this domain contol panel you will create these nameserver entries entering the IP addresses and names given to you by your hosting company.
This will result in your nameserver entries being created in the root zone files the next time your registrar sends an update.
You will then see them within the next 12 hours or so when you query internic.net for your domain.
Where did you register the domain name? This will help someone explain the exact steps you need to take if you still don't understand this explanation.
