I need a helpdesk solution for my clients, the helpdesk would be on a Windows 2000 server with IIS 5.0, having access to ASP, PHP, SQL Server, Coldfusion, Perl <gag> I'm willing to pay for a help desk, what do you recommend. I want it to be simple for my customers to use.

Can somebody possibly email me the anwser because the email notices option for these forums doesn't work anymore.
