Take a look at this company's logo. It is clearly a rip of the MCHost logo.

that's a bit of a stretch... you'll probably want to go after a TV station around where I live as well. Their weather report uses a similar idea as well....

While I like to see rip jobs shown for what they are, there seems a bit of Chicken Little yelling the sky is falling lately.

I never said it was, I was pointing out that it is a very common style and used CheapUnixHosting as an example.

ahm, it's a common use of text with and without background it cant be considered as a trademark or something like that.

How do you see that as a rip? It's a background color of text.
