eugeniopacheco 10-02-2006, 05:39 AM Hi,
Is IRC allowed? Do you offer DDoS Protection? How does it work? Does it nullroute attacked ip or only mitigate? Would the attack bandwidth count as bandwidth used? By the way, how is your bandwidth counted? Is it in + out or whichever is higher?
Regards,
Morewow 10-02-2006, 06:40 AM Can you purchase additional IP's? Cost?
Thanks.
mehboobashraf 10-02-2006, 08:10 AM Can you purchase additional IP's? Cost?

3IPS = 1$
4IPS = 2$
5IPS = 3$
Thank You

Regards,
Those are some good questions,i would like to see some answers for them.
Coolraul 10-02-2006, 03:35 PM IRC is allowed.
DDOS Protection is at the network level not at specific host level.
We nullroute if DDOS is detected for a period of time until it passes. Attack bandwith is counted until DDOS is detected or reported. For non IRC hosts it is not counted at all unless your site is reviewed and determined to be something that would trigger attacks. Meaning, for regular webhosting, gameserving etc.. we waive the traffic costs.
Bandwith measured to be whichever is higher. So if you have 2000 out and 500 in you are 2000.
Keep them coming. Great questions. Remember you can always contact sales for specific information.

Would there be a setup fee?
How much for reinstalls/reloads? (CentOS included)
Coolraul 10-03-2006, 01:47 AM Just order a duel xeon 3.0 2 gig of ram how long dose it take to setup?

Actually one of the techs is installing Cpanel now. I updated your ticket and quoted 12 hours in case there are any issues software, hardware etc. when we do the final verification but it should be quite a bit faster than that.
Thank you for your business.

Your first reload/reinstall is always free. We discourage monthly reloads with a $50 fee but the intent is to waive it if it is for good reason. (yes you can quote me on that).
No setup fees but there are discounts for prepayments.
