I sent the guilty party a stern letter to remove the website and they complied.
The website has been archived though, see below. Does it merit a legal battle?
Do you see the black border on http://netacore.com ?
That's been copyrighted, along with the use of the color yellow, I am working on getting orange copyrighted as well.
It seems like everyday somebody is ripping someone, when will it all stop?

LOL, you definitely have a case here.. no judge will see otherwise. But be warned, your use of the word "hosting" is infringing on my sites copyright. We are going to sue you unless you replace the word with something else like "stingho" .

hmm, So many 'hosts' out there get jumpy when they see someone else use the same colors in their tool bar, or the same layout (Do 'tables defined with 2 columns' belong to anyone?)

Sorry for the idiotic/pointless thread everyone, I just got fed up with everyone posting 'They ripped my website! type of threads, when for example, only the color of a nav bar was borrowed.

I don't think it was idiotic or pointless. I think the point is very well made!

I don't think so either. Injecting some levity into the sea of self-riteousness that seems to run rampant here on certain days is more than welcome IMHO. :)
