Has been a couple of years since I last had a reseller package however recently I have been considering restarting it all again. I am based in the UK so ideally want to resell UK based hosting, however unsure whether I should target the UK, US, or Europe.
Reading the forums a number of people keep mentioning resellerzoom.com, are they really very good or are there even better companies out their? Their packages mention free Billing software, etc. Does anyone know if this sets up and manages hosting packages similar to WHM AutoPilot which I used when I last did reselling.

They are using Client Exec, that you can find a demo at http://demo.clientexec.com/

Resellerzoom offers Clientexec with some reseller plans.
WHM AutoPilot: easy to navigate admin area
Clientexec: better order form in comparison with WHMAutopilot

Better order form is probably more important as customers would be seeing it, plus as its included it not a seperate price I would be having to pay compare to when was paying the license for WHM Autopilot.

Unless you are getting the billing manager for free then I would reccomend either WHMCS or ModernBill.

I personally would go with clientexec because It will give you a better chance to verify accounts. I think most people choose WHMAP because of the auto account creation feature.

Does Clientexec automatically set up the hosting like WHMAP? Or does it just create rebilling and you have to set it up yourself? I have looked on the Clientexec site and not sure if its cos i'm full of cold or if they just gone overboard with "professional terminology" but I can't fully work out if it does or not.

Clientexec does automatically create accounts, it also has addons now and with plesk you can auto add addons as well.

Just about everything is now automated with clientexec, auto-account creation, coupons etc. I just switched back to it after using MB for awhile...beautiful simplicity. Giving it a test run for a few months.
