Probably a REALLY dumb question ...

When I go into the appliance admin and/or the reseller admin, I don't see it ... what gives?

Are they still doing the 'grant only 1 database access per user unless you go into the MySQL root and grant more' part as well?

You can grant users the right to add more databases in phpmyadmin, but I wouldn't exactly call it user friendly. Ensim LS 3.1 has disappointed me and other's alike :(
