I saw this thread -> http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=55115 <-. Can anyone post any comments about those dedicated servers?

I have not use them before so cannot quite comment. The hardware configuration looks good but the bandwidth which comes with the server - 20gb/mth does not seems befitting a dedicated server.

It's verio bandwidth, so less for the same money compared to cogent is to be expected...but eddy's right too, 20gigs/month probably won't cut it for you. Check their prices for extra bandwidth.

What are your comments on the setup fees? Are they too expensive?

The setup fees for the pentium servers are definately too expensive, though the monthly fees arent very good either.

We do understand that if you are a reseller of hosting, that 20GB may not be enough, and we do have add ons for bandwidth. Our prices are also based on what our current customers use, and many of our dedicated servers do not use more than 10-15GB per month.

Also, we can offer Time Warner Telecom bandwidth for quite a bit less, but we were not certain if many people would be interested in their bandwidth. We are willing to deal so if you have any questions feel free to AIM me at alfturtle or on MSN using alvins@cwiservices.com or on Yahoo using alfturtle33, or simply email me at alvins@cwiservices.com

As far as the Pentium set-up fees, we are using all high quality stuff, and to be honest we take quite a loss with this. A good P4 rackmount server with those specs costs at least $1500 or more. If you find any places that can get us high quality servers for less than that with those specs, let us know and we will then lower the set-up accordingly.
