When I started my hosting company I needed a TOS/UAP. So I went to my attorney and had him draw me one up.

To save any of the new startups some time and money I thought I would sell it to anyone wanting it for $10.

I accept paypal. The email is kmurrey@cantonhosting.com.

You can see the policy at: cantonhosting.com/policies.html.

And yes, this is mine. I have every right to sell it.

Well. either you got ripped off quickly or you ripped someone off. I won't blame no one here, just provide the info:

Ice- I didn't rip these off of anyone. I had them drawn up by my attorney. In your post your saying your not 'accusing' anyone, but it sure looks like your trying to say I took them.

The ones posted that you shown - I know I sold at least 3 of them already (before). I will check these out and if they stole my property they will get a nice letter from my attorney.

Keith What's the sense of buying one, that's already been used a million times? About.com provides links to sites that provide free ones, that meet up to the one you posted.

Dave:

Your not under any force to buy one.

I would rather know that the AUP/TOS that I am using was written by an attorney.

With free - you never know what your going to get.

As for the one at http://www.hostingdirect.net/aup.htm, I purchased mine from Keith and modified them to meet my needs.

I think they were well worth $10.00 as a starting point for me. I would recommend buying them.

Yes - Curt was my first customer!

I am glad that you see the value in this.
