Does anyone have any experience with Hostware by Rackspace?

It's a control panel for hosting companies with automated billing and tracking, support ticketing, etc.

I've done a search, but couldn't find any info.

If no experience, is anyone looking into or in the process of installing it? Are there any general thoughts about this new product?

Rackspace are actually selling the H-Sphere Software and are re-labelling it as Hostware for their promotions.
They do not sell but lease the licences at $115.00/mth per 100 user licences internally.

They should be now supporting version 2.1 as i know they were testing it last week so it should be available now.

Yep they are supporting Hsphere (hostware) 2.1 now. They upgraded me yesterday :)
