I'm operating in a VDS environment running linux with webmin.
What good programs can you recommend. I'm in need of accessing e-mail via IMAP and POP3, both using SSL. I also would like to have an ability to do webmail and access through shell.
This needs to work for multiple domains on the VDS, as well.

well, some people solve this by port forwarding and then connecting via SSH... requires some extra knowledge but if you know a bit Linux/Unix you should be set.

You may also consider courier that provides real POP3S and IMAPS access
