Can someone explain the process of properly creating a reseller account (with its own nameservers) using Plesk 2.5?
Host.com has given Reseller.com 2 static IPs for ns1.reseller.com and ns2.reseller.com. She's registered them with her registrar.
Host.com creates reseller account for Reseller.com
In Plesk, Reseller.com changes the NS records for the Reseller.com domain from Host.com's nameservers to Reseller.com's nameservers. Does Reseller.com need to make any additions to his DNS records? In the DNS zone file for reseller.com, are you supposed to add:
ns1.reseller.com. A 10.1.1.1
ns2.reseller.com. A 10.1.1.2
How does host.com make it so that all domains created with that reseller account use Reseller.com's nameservers instead of Host.com's nameservers? (not having to manually edit it for every domain)
Would appreciate it if someone could explain the process to properly create a reseller account in Plesk!
