What is the best and cheapest affiliate program that will integrate with CE?

I've done a little Googling and searching on here and only found iDevAffiliate to be recommended by people and when it isn't fully supported by CE I don't think $99 is the fairest of prices.

However it if does integrate fully with CE (keeps up to date with subscription payments etc) then I would be willing to buy it, but are there cheaper/free alternatives that will keep track of clients signed up via a referral link? Do they let me know any client info? (package signed up for etc)

Thanks, Andyidev sucks IMO, ultimate affiliate is simple and easy to use/setup with most billing systems. There is no perfect solution right now, although http://www.myaffiliateprogram.com/ might be a good one.

Pricing

MYAP v9 is available at a licensing fee starting at $2495 and ongoing monthly fees based on the sales conversions tracked by the software.
Not even an option and I could get a system custom built for that much.
