When i try to test ordering a package with Credit card on WHMCS, I got some errors. I entered the correct credit card information and then submit and then received a blank page. If the credit card information is not correct, it came out a page showing the credit card information is not correct. This might due to the problem connecting from my whmcs to my gateway, but I am sure the gateway information I entered from my WHMCS panel is 100% correct. (I use authorizenet).

Also, the similar problem happened to register domains.
I use registerfly. After the registration go through, I receive a blank page.

What sounds to be the problem?

I contact WHMCS support, but their support is terriblily slow.

Actually their support is fast and dont you think you would get better replies if you posted this in their forums? Im pretty sure some of your files are corrupt and yo need to reupload them. Also turning on debug in the configuration.php might help you figure out what the error is as well.

MUCH to the opposite, really.
Keep in mind a couple of things
Firstly, this is a weekend, meaning you should expect a bit of delay there. Not everyone works on weekends, and not everyone SHOULD be expected to.

Secondly, Matt (the only dev I know of there;)) lives in the UK, meaning if you're going by US time, it's going to be off by quite a few hours.

Thirdly, WHMCS has options for support built directly into the billing software itself. This means that you can open up a ticket right there.

I've been working with WHMCS since the beginning of this month. I'm not going to say it is "perfect", but it IS, in fact good. Not just good but incredibly good. I've used a ton of other software (modernbill, drams, ubersmith,lpanel,clientexec,whoiscart()), and nothing has even come close to the quality of support and service I've seen from WHMCS.

Most likely, if you're having problems, you're using a misconfigured server, or your server can't handle WHMCS. Give Matt the time to work out the problems, he WILL do so (or he has done so for me), even if it means rewriting something for you personally. He'll do it, just give him the chance.
