I was wondering if anyone else had problems with slow or very late responses from FMH because its taking ages for the staff to respond. I only posted to ask if we were the only ones facing this...

Is they still alive ? I though they close down the shop long time ago - their SEAL is not working for few years and system is down - I deposited $100, but never get any clicks from them or refund...

They're still alive, just kinda slow responding to requests. Andrew does usually get around to responding. I suspect he's been busy working on SEO for his site, findmyhosting.com now ranks #2 in Google for the term "web hosting" :agree:

Yes I know but its taking toooo long to respond to basic requests. Its either no one is looking into them in timely manner or the emails or tickets are not reaching them correctly or there is less number of staff and more issues to deal with. Urm? :confused:
