I won't go into all the details on how this terrible company have nearly destroyed my business over the last 3 months right now but now I can not even do basic things like change name servers.
I changed name servers 3 days ago and I have submitted tickets for them to change them for me since their system is faulty as it has been for me everytime I have used it.
I have nearly 300 domains with them and they have been playing games with me for the last 3 months, I will go into all that detail later or in another thread but at the moment I have no idea what to do as I can't change name servers for about 20 doamins and the host for them is closing in a few days.

so trying PMing him and take it from there.

ok thanks I will do that but I will wait for my request I put in first which is a request for their manager to contact me and discuss the problems i have had everytime I have used them for the last 3 months. If that is fruitless which it most likely will be & result in no response by them then I will try your suggestion.
My experience with registerfly is also terrible. Their software is extremly buggy, support is promising something that is not delivered, etc. Try to avoid this company at any cost!!!

Yes I'm starting to do that but I didn't expect to have to transfer all these 300 odd domains right now and they should not be allowed to run a register if they won't let customers manage their domains.
I mean is this the thanks you get for been a bulk buyer? I still have not herd back from them, nothing at all, my domains are still not changed to the correct name server.
I actually tried to call them which was 3.30am Aussie time. I was number 12 in line and it took nearly 30 minutes to get through. I had to use my mobile since I don't use a landline. When I eventually got through I said "Hello" (nothing else) and I herd someone say Registerfly and then they hung up. That is the icing on the cake for me.
Yes I'm going to transfer the domains I need changed to new name servers (around 20 in all) today, I think I will transfer to Stargate which looks a good deal $5.95 a year. I do have a reseller account that I setup with Stargate that I haven't used yet but it looks to be $8.95 if I use that?
Anyway thanks for the ideas...
