Hello people,

Can you all give me some advice on what a good TOS should have? Like, what should I put in there for sure...

Thnx for your help already,

your welcome to look at ours. After looking at many hosts tos we took some bits and pieces from a few of the biggies and adding some of our own stuff we had our lawyer write it up.

It's always good to have a Code of Conduct and perhaps a Privacy Statement also. I would recommend you get a lawyer to do the Terms of Service however so that you can cover both yourself and your clients completly: try http://terms.flying-hosts.com. The best thing to do is find an IT Lawyer. Admittadly I can get expensive for a good one but worth it in the end. Moreover it will set down the legal juristdiction which all of your clients are governed by.
