I had my own logo already designed at www.vdomainhost.com/logo/venturedomainhosting.gif
Now I need to have it intergrate into any site templates that you can offer.
We also had our 1st site templates at www.vdomainhost.com/templates/templates.php
I will pay between USD $40-$50 via paypal for site templates, psd files, HTML codes and logo replacement in total.

Your clients must come from 3rd world countries :D
Let me get this straight. You already has a template.. And you want to pay for another template for $50 and full design as well..?

I would say keep the template and get a new logo. You're logo looks like it's slogan should be:
"Venture Domain: Web Hosting For Retired Elders"
Just my opinion.
