Hello All, I am completely new in this business and now I'm a little bit confused with DNS.
I bought a domain name from Verio and a reseller hosting plan from Hostgator.
When I try to change the nameservers given by Verio to those given by Hostgator I've got problems.
In Verio control panel I can't find any of the choices given in Verio's tutorial.
Any help will be appreciated.

you have to contact Verio and ask them to update the name servers.

They should have a domain manager and you should have received your login details by email.

Did you contact them for help?

I think verio is still using melbourne the same foks that yahoo domain uses
