If you should wish that we do the slicing up of this template including professional optimization of all sliced images, it will be an extra one time charge of $20 per template.

If you should also wish to have us customize all your other pages (text insertion) for your new or redesigned web site with any of our templates, we will save you the bother of doing so for just a one time charge $5 per page. All inserted text will be provided by you to us. In this regard, payment will be accepted only after full completion of work to your satisfaction.

Please keep in mind that we are excellent in image optimization. These templates will download very fast once they are sliced up & properly optimized... making viewers appreciate the speed of the web server all the more!

Axel, thanks for your kind words! Several people have also recently mentioned similar opinions that our designs have a distinctive personality about them.

About it being too hard making money...

Selling good templates on this forum is not easy as we've discovered recently. In fact we had offered our first web hosting template (number 0079) last week here at the sale price of $300. there were no takers then though 270+ people viewed it till date! maybe it is not a good idea to set your own fixed price here in this forum! :)

I just received the first bid for Template Number 0079 (the bluish one with the pretty mouse image) for $120 (including slicing/optimization) via PM.

Other three templates still are awaiting their first bid!

Auction to bid for above four templates just ended a minute ago. We will be announcing more templates for sale in the near future here.

How much for something like the template below, with a bit of customization? I need two templates: one for the front page and the other one for the rest of the pages. Basically, the front page would be almost the same (but needs to incorporate our current content), but the 2nd template (for the rest of the pages) needs to accommodate a 468 x 60 banner.
