I've been looking around online for a friend, for a few reseller web hosting programs that allow you to use that companies pre-made web hosting plans and prices, you adjust the prices and you receive the commision/difference between your price and their price. Does anyone happen to know of any "programs" like this other than Godaddy.com/WildWest Domains and ResellersPanel?

No, he doesn't mean a conventional reseller, but a 'proxy' reseller.

If you don't mind answering, why do you need those kind of reseller program? Your customer can easily found out that you are their reseller (because they don't offer a transparent DNS to start with).

Take another look over the post - This is not something I wish to do but something my friend is interested in. As far as why he wants something like that, I think it's just a matter of the amount of work that needs to be put into such a thing; I honestly do not know for sure -- Thanks to all who have responded thus far.
