I have a $6.95 eNom reseller account. Is there any risk to me to giving someone an $8.95 sub-account?? By "risk", I'm wondering what happens if the check the person pays to load the account bounces or if they make a PayPal payment that turns out to be a fraud?? Will eNom charge me back for the loss?? Does anyone have any experience with this??
