Hi
I'm searching for a good windows hosting reseller plan.
It must have support by chat real 24x7

5Gb disk space
50Gb transfer
w2003
MySQL and MsSQL with external managment
A control panel
Unlimited account

My budget is $ 25/month

I'm also searching a simple control panel (as cPanel) where I can create a gz file with all my client account (website, mail messages, mail account information, configuratation informatión, etc). Which should I choose ?

There are a couple of resellers you can choose from. I can't remember much, you can try www.hostnine.com , www.e-insites.com etc.

Most Cpanel allows you to create gz file, either store it in your home directory or ftp to another location.

Yeah for the control panel I would highly recommend cPanel. You can configure backups that will actually take all that information and throw it into a .tar.gz tarball. If your entire machine takes a dump some day you can easily restore those backups through cPanel (WHM).

Plesk also has similar functionality.

cPanel is a linux only control panel. I wonder why people don't read the original post before posting.

Some Windows panels would be Plesk, H-Sphere, Helm.

Have you used these hosts?

Jodohost has nearly all that you want (only space is 2GB less than what you require). I have used live chat for support several times but for more technical issues you'll still need to open a support ticket.

CyberhostPro I have used Hostgator some times ago, but they only provide Linux and I'm looking for windows hosting (ony as comment, hostgator works fine but I have been blacklisted many times).

fatcatz (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=671) vbmenu_register("postmenu_4104315", true); JodoHost is an option I already have an account with them (I'm testing their service) and work's well but it look like the dont backup the data (sometimes "lost" some information).

wegaonline (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=155337) vbmenu_register("postmenu_4104016", true); I contact www.hostnine.com (http://www.hostnine.com) but they only do Linux hosting. Also check www.e-insites.com (http://www.e-insites.com) but they dont have level 2-3 support by chat.

It appears some don't read the thread, even more disturbing is that they don't even read the title "Windows reseller with support by chat"

Discoteca,

We backup all servers I'd like to know what you lost, but please take it to our forum or ticket. Some items like mail are not for end user recovery, but the servers are backed up. Within the control panel we also offer backups of client data with excpetion of mail, and MSSQL, and you can get a MSSQL backup anytime via ticket.
This is not our forums so I won't say anymore on that. We do have livechat but recommend a ticket for the best tracking of complex issues.

As I say JodoHost is a good option, but I have a problem (lost data, more exactly DNS data).

I check JodoHost for the last 6 month (to learn how they are), nearly everything OK. But I have some blackmarks with the database max size, and the small amount of database in the reseller plan.
That is the reason why I'm searching another provider

1) As Stephen mentioned, all servers are backed up EVERYDAY. We have a number of backup servers and have invested heavily in backup
2) We regularly restore databases and files for customers free of charge, on request
3) Mail backups are mainly kept for server wide restoration. We do user restores in some cases where we are at fault for an issue. All other cases, our hourly rate applies as mail restoration is time consuming.

I do not know what you mean by the loss of DNS data. if you can PM me and bring it to my attention, I'll look into it. DNS data is something that really cannot get "lost". It can get corrupted in very rare circumstances, but we can fix that relatively quickly upon a complaint

Also, there is no limit on the database max size. Yes, if you create a database of 2GB, that may be too intensive for a shared environment. But otherwise there are no real limits. We actually had a customer or two with multi-GB databases and the DBs were very intensive. So this large database policy was only recently formulated.

So i do not know what you mean by DB limits :) The only real limitation is your total disk space allocation (which serves both web files and databases)
