Hi guys,

I need to know about invoicing for those of you who are using Hostcharge. Do you guys do invoicing using your billing software .. or relying on Hostcharge to do that or both ?

Because I think hostcharge will send an email to your customer everytime they charge their creditcard right ?

That is correct we do email the customer. However the invoice does not have our name on it. It looks like the invoice is sent from your billing address that you specify in the MCC.

Asher.

What if you have a merchant account and also have Authorize net. Do you have any pricing on that. I checked out BillingOrchard (http://www.billingorchard.com) and I like their system very much. You create an invoice, you send out the invoice to use, checks it out and than they pay. Last time I checked they didn't have the pay online option although after my trial period was over they did have that feature.

They are not that expensive / per month plus if you have a merchant than you can actually charge people. They might also offer merchant service but I am not sure. You might want to check it out.

The above statement is for the ones that might seek the service. I personally don't do just hosting. Very little but we do graphic design, printing and many others.

I also thought / you can also use QuickBooks to handle the charging. It's all one-stop-accounting what better than that. Haven't looked into it yet.
