Looking for a dual p3 800 ish and SCSI if possible.

Even with the steep shipping it will probably still be cheaper to import from the US. Nothing beats US hardware prices I'm affraid. The prices in the US are about half of what they are in Europe. There are a very small handfull of companies in Germany that can put a decent rackserver together for around the 1000 EURO mark.
