Bandwidth is counted by the total (IN+OUT) -- Bandwidth is not based on the 95th percent rule.

I never expected the amount of sales that we received -- We were dramastically under-staffed (3 people with no Level-3's).. Since our initial launch, we have hired 2 level-3s, one more level 2 and 2 Billing/Sales people... We are looking to having our company more organized and make the response times alot lower (we are striving to make them 30minutes or less)..
I do apologise for this and we are working on the response times. I have noticed the times on some tickets and I am looking to hire more people..

Right now, we do not offer Virtuozzo. I had a long Conference call with my provider and Peer1. Basically the call was about Virtuozzo and Cpanel. Virtuozzo is on the horizon, but we dont know how long away it is. We are working and pushing Peer1 to provide Virtuozzo so that we can turn around and porivde the service to our customers as well. Right now, we are using HYPERVM which is a Web-Based control panel for OpenVZ and Xen.
The Server Partitions are default as to what the DC makes them. I do not request anything special for them at all..
Example:
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda2 224G 1.2G 211G 1% /
/dev/sda1 122M 17M 99M 15% /boot
none 1014M 0 1014M 0% /dev/shm
We use RAID-1 Configurations -> Where the data on HD1 is mirrored onto HD2. If HD1 should fail, the data should be on HD2 (unless there is a File System Failure).
We offer EXTERNAL Backups @ $0.50 /GB (purchased in 5GB increments. We do set up a Internal Backup server -> We provide 20GB Free of charge (This is not listed anywhere, however, we offer it as well to those whom request it)

We do not have Fantastico at this point in time, we can add Installatron on for $15.00/month or $60.00 ONE-TIME Fee.
We have it instock (just need to install cPanel) and it can come in Miami or Atlanta (we have more in Atlanta -- as our new shipment arrived there :) )

Im putting off Dedicated Server Sales off until Monday - Tuesday. Our Dedicated Server line is growing far faster then I expected ( because of the pricing ;) )...

I don't have the number man, this is redicules I've sumbmited a ticket that my CPANEL and EMAIL are down about 3,4 days ago, haven't recieved any support!
I also Emailed you guys and submited a ticket to do a simple REBOOT on my server about 8-9 hours ago, and still haven't got my server rebooted! My websites are down and nobody gives a damn and there is absolutly no support! Im really fraustrated right now and this is the first time that my websites are down for 9 hours just because of a simple reboot which takes less than a minute for you guys to do!

Whenever you submit a ticket, or ask a question, you will get a email or something showing the Ticket Number.. That number is something that we can search/lookup when people question us..
I have been on the Helpdesk periodically today and have only seen 1 request for a reboot which happened ~5minutes ago.. (Im guessing this was from you?)

I have put in the Reboot request in now. Just a FYI in the future, We need the IP's / Domain name when you submit a ticket.. Without you telling us that, we cant do anything..
If you do not relay the message that your primary email isnt working, then how are we to contact you? Would you please enter a "Secondary" email address in our billing system so that we have a means of contacting you for things like this..
As for the 3-4days of no reboot, it was a little over 12hrs (from what I could tell) and the reason why it is / was taking so long was because we are waiting on YOU to reply with the needed information..

What are you talking about man? I have 2 tickets open right now! 1 is submitted 3,4 days ago about my CPANEL AND EMAIL that are not working! and there is 1 that I opened up today to get a REBOOT! When did I open a same ticket? What information do you need to do a simple reboot?

I haven't recieved any support for both of these! And now you are telling me that I've opened up same tickets?!!!!
I have put in the Reboot request in now. Just a FYI in the future, We need the IP's / Domain name when you submit a ticket.. Without you telling us that, we cant do anything..
If you do not relay the message that your primary email isnt working, then how are we to contact you? Would you please enter a "Secondary" email address in our billing system so that we have a means of contacting you for things like this..
As for the 3-4days of no reboot, it was a little over 12hrs (from what I could tell) and the reason why it is / was taking so long was because we are waiting on YOU to reply with the needed information..

Buddy I have a secondary email, and I have my IP address in my reboot ticket, just take a look at my copied tickets in my post up here. I also said that my PRIMARY email is not working in my first ticket. what else I need to do here?

(cPanel messing up?) We asked for the root login so we could take a look at cpanel and fix it if needed be.

(root password change) "Thanks Robert, I really appriciate your fast respond...", you replied to the same ticket so we had it all on file in one ticket.
Ticket #: ZYQ-948894
(network speeds) This was solved the same day, you replied to the same ticket so we had it all on file in one ticket.
There are 2 more tickets that I didnt list as they were pre-sales questions asking about server setup times, etc..

Why do you copy paste the closed tickets which are done? Lets talk about the 2 new ones. 1 is for my Cpanel and Email which are not working. I opened it 4 days ago.
1 was a reboot request and I've had my IP Address in there. What other info did you need to do a reboot man?
And even if you guys answered me back at my primary email, there was no way I could check it! and I've said it in my ticket, contact me at my secondary email which is ....

If there is another open ticket other then CFH-229798 then PLEASE let me know as that is the ONLY OPEN Ticket that I can find.
I've already talked to Ryan in Email about these, this is what happened here Platinumn23. You guys kept answering back to me at my primary email which I could not check. And also I can't login to your ticket system with my email and password! So I was not recieving anything from you. Why would I not answer you guys back if I recieve your question?!

The Email is your primary email address and the password is "resetYourfirstname" Please make sure you capitalize the first initial of your first name (IE: if your name is Robert; the password would be "resetRobert").. I will Pm you this as well.
The easiest way to submit a ticket is to just email the appropriate department (IE: for support, email support @ selectvps . com and this will automatically create a ticket and email you the credentials for that ticket -- if we respond, the response is sent to you at the email account you used when creating the ticket.)
If tickets are created under the primary email address then that could be the problem as to why there was no response to / from you..
We'll have this all worked out tonight and have you back on track like you should be :)
