after reading the forum i decided resellerzoom sounds like a good fit and i've emailed there sales team 2 questions over the last 2 days and haven't recieved a response. is this normal? how is their customer support normallY?
Sales & Customer Service & Billing is only available from monday to friday as stated on the site. Technical support is 24/7 and I never had a problem or a slow response from them.

I'm with them for more than a year now and have never faced any problem. I've just used their support 2 times (that too for installing SSL) and they have been fast and helpful. Never faced any problem with the server.
