Any reason why you're moving from hostgator? They seem to be a stand-up crew with some of the best pricing in the industry; so I don't know if you can really get much better.

What specifications were you looking for? I.e. what webspace & bandwidth did you need?

Reseller Zoom has been very good for us since we moved our clients to their Advanced server plans. Their support is very fast and their discount prices are generous. That is if you don't mind paying more to have cPanel and Fantastico, versus other very profitable control panels that are available these days. I prefer iBiz Panel myself for it's simplicity and profitability. If you only offer cPanel, you are limiting your business and your profitability, trying to compete.

http://www.resellerspanel.com offers a great cPanel reseller program (No, I am not referring to their free reseller program - they do indeed offer a cPanel program as well.).

That's funny because those were to the two I had narrowed down to. So now I guess the question is between http://www.resellerspanel.com and http://www.resellerzoom.com.

Who has the most knowledgeable tech support?
Who has the fastest support turnaround times?
Who has the better server uptime rate?
Who has the better server reliability?
Who has the better server performance?

As for your support questions, why not email both providers and see what you think?

As for server uptime, I know ResellersPanel posts theirs on their site (though you may have to dig a little to find it). Reliability can also be determined by looking in different forums and review sites for customer reviews - though not entirely accurate, again you'll get some sort of idea.

And as for server performance, why not conduct a few tests at different times of day over a few days' time and see what happens?

------------------------
I can say that in our dealings with ResellersPanel, I would recommend them. But perhaps ResellerZoom offers an even better service! (I can't say, I've never used them.) I guess the only real way to tell is to see if anyone else can chime in with their experiences at either one!

You should look in to more hosting companies, I have seen better plans.

MY favorite reseller is www.megabytehosting.com,

My website has never been down ONCE, i get unlimited space and bandwith for a good price. They are reliable, friendly, and last week i had a problem with my site it took 2 hours to fix ,but one of the guys spent 2 hours helping me fix it.. now thats good support !

Its my only reseller package i ever had but i can tell you it has better hosting then i have ever had.. all my sites load realllly fast.

He's probably got nothing else to do. I checked the stats on webhosting.info for megabytehosting.com since you liked them so much. According to what is shown there, they host about a dozen websites and show no growth in 5 weeks. Resellerspanel apparently host about 4000 sites according to this info.

I think you're better off with Resellerzoom. They host tens of thousands of websites and their support is superb. They even do end user support for you and allow you to oversell.

Just an FYI: be careful when using WebHosting.info - sometimes, it can be quite inaccurate.
