Is Host Charge down for anyone else? Please tell me it's just me.

Well, I am unable to access hostcharge here from Singapore. Probably it is down for now.

The Debitaccess.net site is also down.

So you are not alone.

How many folks here use Host Charge anyway? I'm just curious.

Down for me also on the East Coast, USA.
I don't use them, but have been considering them.

I am also East Coast USA. Could someone from Host Charge please respond? This is the 2nd time it's been down in as many weeks. Last time debitaccess kept working, but this time everything is down.

It is down from here as well, though burst.net is still up. Maybe they are performing upgrades?

Hmmm... do you mean that Host Charge and Burst are on the same network?

Host Charge is back up! Way to go guys! I guess the downtime was less than 1 hour and I'm sure they have a good reason. It's the loooong downtimes that concern me (haven't seen any looong downtimes from Host Charge yet), but I understand a glitch here and there.

Have a great evening everyone :)

Debitaccess couldnt possibly have been down? Because its on an entirely different network.

However hostcharge.com went down for a while due to router maintainence in our noc.

Asher.

I've emailed our host to find out why debit access went down, how many people couldnt access debitaccess? Please post here, so that I can get to the bottom of the problem.

Asher.

Probably because of Genuity which went down earlier.

Do I have to take a 5 minute drive to the Genuity headquarters and slap some people around?

Actually you'd be better of going down to Seattle Washington and slapping the people who own *******.com. These idiots are supposed to have Verio bandwidth as well, yet when Genuity went down the Verio bandwidth didn't kick in....

We're pursuing some matters with *******.com and we'll see how things turn out.

So this should serve as an experience to other people. PLEASE AVOID *******.COM THEY ARE PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY NETWORKING KNOWLEDGE.

We are already in the process of shifting the MCC to our other noc, we cannot afford to go down again.

Regards,
Asher.
