Is there a perl program (pref. free / cheap) that will allow the customers to make cheesy sites for themselves. I want to target people with no HTML experience that will be happy with a ugly website :). I would like it so that only a few lines have to be edited for each new user so we dont have to go into depth creating a perl script installing it. Let me know if you know of anything like that.
