Greetings -

I wanted to check with the industry that most widely uses Kayako and see if I can get some support issues answered.

First - if I am running cpanel and utilizing the pipe option - do I need to setup any crons? I have search their manual and can't seem to find any logic.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
