I've been following this forum for awhile now and most of the templates for sale are usually hosting. I however, need a template for an e-commerce storefront selling computer accesories. I'm looking to use the template with Miva Merchant. As for as price, that depends on the quailty of the template...

Here's what I'm looking for in the template:

- MUST load fast
- Simple, elegant, professional
- Easy to use navigation system
- Must be fully viewable at 800x600

Look forward to seeing what you've got... definitely some very talented designers in these forums.
