I just created a mailing list for my site by going to LIST MANAGEMENT in the cobalt control panel. My question is, what is the email address of the list? Do I need to activate it somehow? Thanks!

its listname@domain.com. So, if your domain is domain.com, and you created a list called customers, the address to send a message to the list would be customers@domain.com.

What about it doesn't work? Its hard to help without more specific information.

I created a list called "clients" and I emailed clients@dim8.net and I got it back saying that the user "clients" doesn't exist.. any ideas?

This may sound like a stupid question, but did you add any names to the list?
