I currently use 2CheckOut and normally don't have a problem (except today of course, but thats another story - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=54486). I was wondering how the rest of you that use them do something:
Say a customers card expires and they don't update it for 3 weeks after their hosting account was set to expire. If they go through the process at 2CheckOut as a new customer, they will be set up on a new recurring cycle from that day on. What do you do about the 3 weeks you haven't been paid for?
Thanks for your feedback!

You could use the request payment button on the main admin page. That should work fine. ;)

So you basically have to ask them to enter the cc info again on a seperate one time payment screen? Guess that will have to do!
Thanks!

No if you just use the request money option then it is an email that is sent to them they can pay through. So that you do not have to setup a link and so on.

2checkout users, is it possible for you to program the 2checkout payment page in such a way that once the customer completes his payment successfully, he will be automatically directed to a script to process his order. If his payment is unsuccessful, he will be automatically directed to a failure page. This crucial thing here is the automatic part, which does not require the customer to click and go to the script by himself. i saw some websites that does this with worldpay. is it possible with 2checkout and with php?
