How can I contact them to apply for the bulk account/reseller.

I try to use the online form as well as register in their support ticket.

After waiting for almost 1 week, still no reply from them.

I want to get their promo and register .info for 3-5 years per domain:

.info Special!
All new .info domain names only 1.99/year.*

Any other recommendation.
