I was making note that the outage notification was very vague and quite lacking. Do customers of C-I HOST feel this is an acceptible outage report? At my company, If I posted something like that to our outage report, i'd be in for some serious repremandation avara 06-11-2002, 02:52 PM If I was their customer, I would want more details and not just "any outage should be short". Basically I would want to know everything that they know about why an outage will or may occur (for example details about a router upgrade, or configuration changes to improve network performance... You get the idea).
