HI guys, any of you use varilogix.com ?
If so, has it been prohibitive on new orders, meaning did you notice a decline in conversion rate on new new orders?
Did you use it for all orders, or only larger ones?
Did you integrate it with a custom setup, or in one of the standard systems out there?

Thanks a lot for any input on this :)

I guess their service isn't as widely used as I initially thought :)

No experience at all?

Varilogix works great. The only thing I've noticed a decline in is fraud orders. I wouldn't use it to verify every order though... for example, I use it for orders that have a very high FraudGuardian score, and also all orders over $100.

We use Varilogix and it has saved our bacon on a few fraud cases. We find it very helpful but nothing beats good ole checking new orders by hand.

Well worth the cost IMO.

We've integrated varilogix and fraudguardians in MODERNBILL. We only verify new client orders. We don't verify repeat order from existing clients.

It works and works great.

Total number of order will be a little down because most of the frauds are rejectd.
