Depends what you consider "affordable"... HostNexus provides Plesk reseller accounts and has a pretty good rep.

Decent experiences with HostNexus - pretty good prices, too. :)

Just a shame I'm not so keen on Plesk, but even still, HostNexus have the nice Windows skins that work really well.

futurehost.biz or futurehosting.biz i dont remember correct they have very cheap plesk plans at softlayer.
