We have several sites hosted with Lalaweb. The Friday before last, all our sites went down and we discovered that their phones were disconnected.

Over the weekend, we determined that they most likely went out of business, however, the following Monday, all the sites came back up.

We contacted a company we were told was their upstream provider, but did not receive a return call. No one else has contacted us. Does anyone have any information as to what is happening or if they've been bought out?
