Is this still available? Whilst you cannot guarantee reboot times please give me an indication? What payment methods are acceptable?

For this server we're accepting Paypal. You can pay via eCheck or credit-card through Paypal.

Reboots are handled within 30 minutes. There's always somebody around to get the ticket and the rest of the people are on call.
