there is NO cap of any kind. However, you probably won't get 100mbit/s on your own because there are also other servers sharing the uplink with you. But we care about a very good speed for everyone at every time :-)

What is the usual that one can push? For example I have pushed 93 Mbit/s out and I use a constant 20 Minimum

Yeah, what Kyle said, we tend to use more than 20mbit on our boxes.. do we have that kind of bandwidth availiable to us?

at the moment: Yes, no problem: there are currently hundreds of mbit/s unused in our network.

However, please notice that there can be times in the future when the speed differs depending on the day time etc.

What I want to underscore: The speed will NEVER go down to 3 or 4 mbit/s or something like this. So please don't worry :-)

Sorry, we have also other customers and I can't guarantee an exact date. However, this will be completed asap for you!

The number of servers differs very much depending on the current bandwidth which is needed. We always take care about a good speed for each server. As a consequence, there is no fix-number.
Currently a few hundred mbit/s are unused in the network, but this might change :-)

We neither have a special ddos-protection (if there is coming up a ddos, we stop it by blocking the IPs) nor do allow IRC, sorry.

It has been almost 4 days siince i ordered. Why did I pay a $90 setup fee if it's not going to get setup.

When ordering I can select Fedora Core 5 and Plesk. I assume this is Plesk 8. However, from what I've heard, Fedore Core 5 and Plesk 8 do not work together 'out of the box'. Have you guys already installed both FC5 and Plesk8 on the same machine and gotten it to work?

I checked the speed test link and I get less than 100kb/s which is not really good. Im really interested in your XXL server and would probably get 2 of them, but the speed is the main issue! Would you be able to make the speed any better than this?

I'e been waiting over a week and still nothing. setup time is horrible and no progress updates either.
