A: Yes. Depending on the OS support for the control panel. This will
delay the deployment time a few hours to allow for installation of the
control panel software and licensing.

Q: Where are your Data Centers?
A: We have 12,000 SQFT of cages at Savvis IDC in Fort Worth Texas with multiple gigabit uplinks to their international backbone.

Our second facility includes 21,000 SQFT of cages at Databank in downtown Dallas Texas with a blended, currently 4 carrier mix. (Savvis, Sprint, Time Warner, Broadwing). We provide all our own hardware, staff and support personnel. We simply sublet the space from the major datacenters and do everything else on our own.

A: 24-72 business hours depending on the configuration. We offer no
guarantee on the setup time and try to always meet or beat the 24-72
hour timeline

#7 & #8 packages are both available at Savvis.

OS Reloads are $50

Virtuozzo 1VE is a single VE Virtuozzo license that can be added to a server and provides all the Virtuoozo resources and benefits under a single VE licencse.

Two Questions:

1. For multiple servers, do you allow traffic to traverse between severs without it being actually counted as bandwidth usage.

2. Do you block any ports (like for mapping drives internally between servers)? Rather if you block any parts internally between servers on your switch, please make that clear here.

1: With a private rack you are able to pool the bandwidth for all of your hosts and also send traffic betwen the hosts with no additional bandwidth being used or taking away from your pool quota.

2: We do block some ports on our edge routers that are used to make up each pod. We have 6 pods currently at our Savvis location and 2 at our Databank location. Port 139 etc is blocked to prevent the spread of worms. You can use file sharing between hosts in the same pod or between pods with the usage of a VPN client link between the hosts. You can also opt to put the hosts on a private rack and nothing will be blocked at that time as all data would pass only on the switch and not upstream to our edge routers.

Thanks,

Jeremy
