I am an experienced freelance admin with great technical and people skills. I am available to handle any server administration need specifically relating to Redhat Linux, Ensim Webppliance, Plesk PSA, CPanel, or Cobalt Raq.
I am also available as full or part time technical support relating to these environments via phone, email, IRC, tickets, AIM, ICQ, and MSN Messenger.
I have my own Redhat server with Ensim Webppliance 3.0 for testing purposes.
I have approximately 6 months experience working for Rackshack providing excellent technical support. I was working at Rackshack when they started rolling out the Plesk and Ensim servers while in the middle of migrating to their Datacenter. I have hands on experience handling everything from setting up the systems all the way through supporting advanced customizations and installs.
I have been working as a freelancer since April, and have advanced my abilities very much by learning to perform most of the customizations and installs that people need performed on the Plesk and Ensim servers from Rackshack.

Did that....2 days ago....now lets pretend the server went down two days ago and I fired off an email to you about it. Would it be two days before a responce? Or maybe never?

I have recieved only 2 emails so far in reply to this post, and I responded to each of them within hours of recieving them.
Please email me again, because I don't believe I recieved your email. Or post a reply telling me your email address (or part of it) so I can tell if your email is one I did recieve and replied to.
