I've got a domain stuck at Webhostplus (eNom reseller)...they changed the administrative contact to themselves but I'm still the registrant and technical contact. I've contacted Webhostplus/Netbunch through every support channel they offer with no response, and I've sent an email to eNom with no response. Does anyone know what else I can do to get the administrative contact changed or have the domain pushed to my eNom account?

Thanks

I guess the question comes down to WHY would they do that and on what legal gorund did they act that way (i.e. changing admin contact to themselves). Of course, the bottom line is: they are an eNom reseller, and are government by eNom's reseller terms and conditions.

Thanks. I would think eNom would be willing to push the domain to me since WHP has basically disappeared, but they didn't even send a response.

I think you may be out of luck, considering what scammers and liars WwbhostingPlus are. Only advise I have is expensive and not guarenteed to work, get a lawyer as much as I hate to say that.

Do you have access to the domain via access.enom.com. ie, a domain password is set for the domain? Lock on there, change the contacts back. Send enom an email to unlock the domain (or call them), then transfer away to another registrar.

I would call enom first if you are able to.

Thanks, I don't think I have access to that though. I think only WHP would have that.

I got a response from eNom, we'll see if they're able to help me.

eNom Support changed the administrative contact to my email address :)
Now I'm just hoping I can push it to my account instead of doing an actual transfer.

Ask your host to unlock the domain.
