WHT DN experts,

Many of them over here are experts in the domain selling/reselling areas...

I am thinking of starting selling domain registration for people around the globe ( not new to some but still i believe there is a market)

I am confused with several registrars ,their API's and configuration..

Can somoene please guide me as to which one has which API and what are the best lowest rates..

I will start..

1) Enom - 6.95( lowest) - API , PDQ's
I have seen but I don't know how to configure it so that I can have them seperately integrated into our website.

2) DirectI - Resellerclub - 6.49 - It's nice but if the end user lands on the page..they also see the hosting as a seperate division. Again I am confused and don't see a better integrated site.

I have these info right now and still researching..

Tim

check out wildwestdomains.com, if you are really serious about this and don't mind shelling out 230 bucks/yr...there biggest package will even allow you to reseller the reseller rights...

you also get tons of stuff for free, and the prices they offer you per domain are excellent.

I use enom and they are great, and the fact that almost all if not all billing and automation systems support enom.

I don't think you can make much as a reseller. It's a commoditized (?) market. You'll need to add other services like webhosting, which'll help subsidise the meagre profit you'll make on a domain registration.

Hey,
there are still host and registers out there making a good profit by selling domains for $14-20 to the un-suspecting stranger who wants to put baby pictures online, or reserver there name ( like jeremymiller.com, etc)

So you can still make money if you get the right customers
