Clean install of Plesk on a Clean install of Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.7

ERROR: PleskFatalException Create shortcut Up Level

This happens when ever trying to start the DNS server.*

Anyone?

I did a fresh install of Mac OS X again and Plesk same error and you get the error when trying to open the Updater except it gives you error codes with the updater path.*
