If the host has 200 licenses it costs him/her around $1.50/month per license. If the client pays $10/month for the reseller, the host still takes $8.50 out of that.

The reseller licenses are internal licenses that can only be used on the resellers servers. If you're looking for an external license to use on your own server then you'll need to order from Clientexec directly or one of the distributors.
