I plan to use dedicated server to resell host account.
I need control-panel for our staff to manager the server and
for our customers to manager there accounts.
I plan to add some apache web server modules like:
mod_perl, fastcgi and maybe others (to add them manually using telnet).
Dose adding apache modules will break the control-panel function ?
Can you recommend on control-panel that will not be affected ?

Cpanel3 is a popular choice around here. I dun think you should have any problems installing the extra modules. You can speak to someone over at VDI [ vdi.net ]. They are responsible for the sale for Cpanel3.
